Latest addition to marvellous cultural village of Katara is a world class Fitness Centre. Dedicated Project Team considered building acoustics as they’re aware it’s not all about the location and facilities provided. Favourably locating the building, noise ingress from adjacent parking area was avoided; as well as noise
pollution to peaceful surroundings prevented by carefully hiding building services. Deservedly, this Katara’s gem achieved top ratings for acoustic design under the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS).
